File Transfer

Welcome to the Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC Secure File Transfer area. You can use the Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC Secure File Transfer to upload or download private, encrypted files to or from Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC that may be too large for email, or require more security than email, such as financial records. Below are the instructions on how to register for and use the file transfer system.

How to Register

You need to be a registered user to use the system. Click here to register now.

You will need to complete the form with your first name, last name, email address and a password of your choice. Click "register". Once you register, Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC will need to approve your registration before you can begin to upload files. Once you have been approved, you will be notified via email.

 

How to Log In

Click the "log in" button from the file transfer page on the site. A new window will open. You will need to provide your username (email address you used when registering) and your password and click the "log in" button.


How to Upload Files

Once you are logged in you can upload a file to Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC by clicking the "upload" link which will open a new window. Use the "browse" tool to locate the file you want to upload. Click on the file name to select it and then click on "open". This will place the name of the file into the "file" box on your screen. In the "notes" area, enter any notes that you would like to send to Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC. Finally, click "upload" to complete the process. A box will appear indicating the progress of your upload. Once the upload is complete Benjamin Scott, CPA, LLC will be notified with an email.

How to Download Files

Once you are logged in you can download a file by clicking on the name of the file you wish to download. This will open a new window showing the file name with an "open file" link next to it. Click on the "open file" link which will prompt you to "save" or "open" the file to your computer.
